DESCRIPTION:WHAT: Are you interested in learning how to participate in a Western Horse show\, want to improve your skills\, want to get ready for the county fair\, or are just looking for an opportunity to show? The Wyoming Mustang Association (WMA) and The Cheyenne Saddle Tramps Riding Club (CST) can help with that. The WMA & CST are offering a Western schooling clinic followed by a small\, judged show. \nWhen: On July 12 – Western Horse Show Clinic\nClinic Registration at 8 am – Show Registration at Noon\nClinic 8:30-12:00 – Open show to begin at 1:00\nThe clinic will focus on Showmanship\, Western Pleasure\, Western Equitation\, and a Western Riding Pattern\nThe show is open to everyone! Clinic participation is not required. Long sleeve western shirts are required for both the clinic and the show. A helmet or a western hat will be required for the show. \nThe horse shows will offer 5 divisions:\nOpen\, Novice (Horse or Rider)\, Senior Youth (11-17)\, Junior Youth (10 and Under) and Walk/Trot only\nChampion and Reserve Champion Ribbons will be awarded with WMA ribbons provided for each show event\nplacing\, up to sixth place. \nFees:\nWMA/CST Member Clinic & Show: $50.00\nNon-Member: Clinic & Show $75.00.\nHorse Show classes: $10 for members\, $15 for non-members with a $10 office fee*\n*The office fee is waived for any entries received by July 9th. \nWMA and CST Club Memberships will be available at this event\nPlease contact Susan at 307-630-1804 or at rsbenning2001@yahoo.com for more information or if you would like an entry emailed to you.

This is the perfect clinic series for those of you interested in owning your own horse\, but have yet to adopt one\, those with new equine partners in your lives and those looking to create a deeper bond with your own horse. \nIf you would like to partner with one of Paula’s horses\, she requires a one hour session to find the horse that best suits your needs and getting you well acquainted. After you have signed up\, please contact Paula directly to schedule your one hour session prior to the clinic. \nClinic Sessions: there are 2 sessions per clinic day (one morning 9-11am and one afternoon 1-3pm) limited to 4 participants per session\, join Paula for one or both sessions. \nClinic Location: Platteville\, CO (10 minutes east of I-25 and Highway 66) & all clinics will take place inside an indoor arena \nClinic Costs: Each session is $80 if you are bringing your own horse / $120 if you are needing an equine partner \nAuditors: $20/person
